Biography

Ssemagwa Ronald is a finance professional, author, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience transforming financial services across East Africa. As Managing Director of B&L Ventures Limited, he leads a diversified holding conglomerate with interests spanning fintech, real estate, microfinance, communications, and media production through subsidiaries including Digiverse Solutions, Concept Real Estate, Joyoush Microfinance, Mindful Communication Solution, Propertio and Watch Africa Studios in Uganda and Rwanda.

An economist by training, Ronald specializes in financial services consulting and investment strategy, helping businesses identify growth opportunities and secure capital. His career began in grassroots microfinance, where he developed a deep understanding of financial inclusion before joining ASA Microfinance Uganda Limited; an experience that shaped his approach to sustainable finance and community impact.
